This premium rosé comes from stunning vineyards just outside the beautiful town of AIX in Provence. The vineyards are certified High Environmental Value (HVE), meaning extra attention and diligence is paid to protect the soil health and wildlife, which coexist with the vines. Carefully harvested at night to preserve the delicate aromatics, the grapes are brought into the winery and are given the Rolls Royce treatment of rose winemaking.
The Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes are very gently pressed to only release the purest juice. This is then cool fermented to capture the authentic flavours of redcurrants, watermelon and peach, while ensuring a glacial like texture is maintained throughout.
To make a world class rosé at 7% alcohol, you have to start with exceptional grapes from the best region in the world for rosé. Provence.
